Michael is an Architect and brings more than 45 years of experience in architecture, construction, real estate development, and natural stone. Before joining Maiden Stone, he served as a Principal with Kendall/Heaton Associates, leading the planning and design of complex architectural projects, and later as an executive with Hines, where he directed conceptual construction for major commercial development projects across North America.
At Maiden Stone, Michael leads the company’s most complex custom natural stone projects, serving as the bridge between owners, architects, contractors, quarries, and international fabrication partners. From design coordination and shop drawing development to quality assurance, production, and logistics, he oversees every stage of the process to ensure the original design intent is successfully realized.
Michael’s unique background in both design, construction, and development allows him to anticipate challenges, coordinate diverse project teams, and resolve complex technical issues long before they impact schedule, budget, or quality.
